About me:
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow within the Department of Cardiovascular Biology at OMRF, working in Dr. Chi Fung Lee’s laboratory. My research project aims to characterize the role of immune response in cardiometabolic diseases.
Education and Previous Experience:
Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Physiology and Neuroscience Track from Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. DVM in School of Veterinary Medicine from University of Tehran Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. My previous research involved investigating immunometabolic responses in parasitic diseases.
Research Interests:
Immunometabolism, Cardiovascular diseases, Molecular mechanisms of Parasitic Infections, Metabolomics
